Meet Beth
Beth Williams is a movement educator, an artist, and a passionate problem-solver when it comes to the health and well-being of her clients.
After getting her degree in Economics and Studio Art, Beth took a deep dive into the martial arts, which included getting her black belt, owning a Kickboxing and Tae Kwon Do studio, and becoming a personal trainer. She has worked with thousands of clients in a wide variety of movement modalities. Her focus is always on helping people feel GOOD in their bodies.
As a movement educator, Beth focuses on:
Honoring your body’s history by being sensitive to old injuries and chronic pain
Allowing your body to heal itself by fostering conditions for repair
Beginning with the basics: functional breath, deep rest, and building a stable core
Restoring balance, range of motion and physical resilience
Shifting habitual patterns of movement to prevent future injury
Beth is intentional about creating a calm, kind, and non-judgmental atmosphere in her one-on-one and group classes. Her favorite clients are committed to improving how they feel in their bodies, and are open to collaborating – combining their understanding of their own bodies and experiences with her expertise – to find solutions with lifelong benefits.
“I love working with Beth. She has the perfect combination of expertise, experience, and intuition.” -A.S.
